Join us for a cafecito (coffee) on Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM ET with House Democratic Chair Rep. Pete Aguilar, Democratic Member of Congress representing CA-33.
Rep. Aguilar is the highest-ranking Latino in the US Congress, is a member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and serves on the exclusive House Appropriations Committee.
Before starting his career in public service, Rep. Aguilar started working at age 12, with his grandfather, at the San Bernardino County Courthouse cafeteria. He then put himself through college with the assistance of student loans and federal grants.
He was appointed to public office in 2001 in the Inland Empire Regional Office and in 2006 he was elected by Democrats and Republicans alike to an open seat in the Redlands City Council.…
