HLA Resume Workshop

The Hispanic Lobbyists Association invites you to a resume workshop on Wednesday, February 26, from 9-10:30 am. This session is designed for professionals at all stages of their careers -whether you are navigating the DC job market for the first time, considering a career change, or looking to strengthen your resume and cover letter to be more competitive in this tough job market.

While AI tools can be helpful in resume tailoring, this training will focus on how to clearly communicate your skill sets and accomplishments, tell a compelling professional narrative, and to better understand what employers in Washington are truly looking for. The event will feature a panel discussion followed by breakout sessions where attendees can receive direct feedback from resume reviewers. 

Refreshments will be provided. The location is near Union Station, and registered HLA Members will receive the address the weekend before the event.
